founded in 2025 by neha hosangadi and tanvi bendigeri, idhar-udhar press is a publishing initiative dedicated to creating representation and building community for south asian american creatives. we're here to challenge stereotypes, celebrate culture, and carve out a space for the bold voices of diaspora designers, artists, and storytellers.

we believe that design is a powerful medium through which we can communicate and bring people together. by publishing original pieces
and curations of work, we want to showcase the members and shared experiences of the diaspora.

tanvi bendigeri (she/her/hers) is a south asian american designer. she is currently in her fourth year at vcuarts in richmond, virginia, pursuing a bfa in graphic design, along with a minor in computer science.
